We know how important memories are and take great

pride in preserving them with high quality products and services. We strive to create a relaxed but efficient process for schools and other group photography. Gone are the days of one pose, one background choice. We take at least three photos of each student and offer 30+ background choices. Our clients love that our system never requires them to decide how many photos they will purchase before they see the images. We utilize an easy online ordering system where parents can browse their children’s portraits and place orders at their leisure. They have complete control of pose choices, backgrounds, and cropping.


What We Do

Picture Day

We discuss and decide on date(s), location and setup. We use a roster of all students and staff to generate a QR code for each person we will photograph. On photo day, each child is given their QR card and will be photographed in 2 to 3 poses they choose from the pose banner. There is no collection of order forms or payments on site making the process as contactless as possible.

 

Personalized Online Ordering System

An online gallery will be made for each person photographed (students, faculty, and staff). Scanning the QR code with a phone or tablet takes them directly to their gallery. QR Code cards also have instructions on how to access galleries without scanning.

  • Each gallery also allows more than one access code to be entered so that parents/guardians can view and purchase all of their children's photos in one place. 


Choices Choices Choices!

Parents will be able to choose which pose and background they would like for each product purchased. They also have complete control of cropping for each image. There are traditional print packages, digital downloads, and specialty items available.

 

Fast and Reliable Service!

The online galleries are usually available to view and make purchases within a week following picture day. The amount of time parents will have to make orders can be planned with your school or organization.

We have two trained professional photographers on our team who have a combination of 15 years of experience capturing images with DSLR Cameras. Our experience, training and knowledge of camera settings, composition and lighting techniques will guarantee you get amazing images and ensures your photo day will run smoothly.


Our reliable and flexible team on picture day includes a dedicated team member to help with QR code paperwork and to check hair/details prior to photos being taken!

  • If you prefer a completely contactless option we do offer shipping to buyer homes but that will require them to pay an additional fee for that service.

  • For your fundraising efforts we offer 10% commission on all purchases for a limited time following picture day.

Our Donation to your students!

We understand that many families may not be able to afford photos of their children. We offer free packages for the school to distribute to underprivileged students. The number of free packages will be equal to 20% of the student population for your school.


Data Privacy is one of our highest priorities!


Data needed for our process from your school or organization

 

  • Data we ask you to supply changes based on your specific needs and delivery options your organization prefers.
  • Rosters are usually necessary that include names, group age/grades, teacher/coach names and ID numbers if applicable.
  • This process allows us to have reliable photo day data and create accurate online galleries for students, teachers, groups, teams and families!
  • Collecting parents/guardian emails and using them to contact parents about photo day makes it easy for us to give them information about pre and post photo day information. We keep our information informative and take the stress off of your team by professionally and efficiently communicating with them directly regarding questions and order assistance related to their photos. (This is only if your school or organization allows us to use email addresses)
  • Student ID numbers are handled with the utmost privacy and are needed when schools require them for their administrative system purposes. If schools need ID cards developed, etc that makes that process easy and seamless for us to deliver reliable service to schools.

 

How we follow FERPA regulations

 

  • Data will never be sold or licensed and is only used by our business to develop and deliver photo products and services to meet the demands of our contracts.
  • We will only use data for approved and contracted services and following the conclusion of those services the data will be destroyed using secure methods of destruction to keep data safe and confidential.
  • We will meet all applicable responsibilities pursuant to the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
  • We only require data that is specifically needed for us to meet all contracted services and your school or organization retains all rights to control how we use any data; including but not limited to requesting destruction, usage information, or return of School Data given to us by your school.
  • When informed of any changes regarding data handling we will strive to meet those requirements or policies set by our contracted school districts and/or state law requirements.

 

Our Data Protection

  • We only allow required access to all stored data devices to members of our team who require that information to complete contracted services.
  • Usage is controlled by our personnel only. Our team is trained in Data protection procedures to keep your data secure and safe at all times while it is in our possession.
  • The Devices that store your data and are used to communicate and transfer files confidentially have up to date protections, and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Only our team members with proper Authentication will be able to access the data we work with to meet our contracted obligations.
